raise your hand if you missed a class this week? it's okay you can admit it. seriously, it's ok. for one reason or another, sometimes you just can't make it to one of your classes during the week. for some of us it may be because we have to work late, work early, or heck maybe we just have something better to do than get a great one hour workout. in my case, the better thing to do was hit snooze about four times (three weeks in a row i did this!).
regardless of the reason you missed a class, don't despair. every saturday a make up class is offered for all bootcampsf-ers. just show up to crissy field by 9am at the location shown below and one or two of the many bootcampsf instructors will be there to kick your butt.
just a word of advice, if you plan to miss a day during the week, try to make friday your skip day. that way you can rest your entire body before your grueling saturday workout. why the rest you ask? well, during the week you may focus one day on hills, another on legs and another on you upper body. do you know what they focus on on saturdays? EVERYTHING!!

they will be located at the meeting spot located on the map below, in the west end of the east beach parking lot. if you see a red flag and/or the bathrooms you are probably in the right spot.
